Shared Living Incubator

Our facility in Silverado Ranch serves as a starting point for our program. The shared housing "Incubator" provides safe, congregate living conditions for independent adults exiting homelessness. Residents pay minimal rent based on their current income and manage their daily activities with minimal assistance from staff. Income is not required to become a resident of the incubator facility. During their stay, our case management team works with the resident to connect them with any benefits they may be eligible for and to match them with potential roommates to share living expenses permanently in independent living. Residents are also connected to outside medical providers and mental health professionals to address their needs.

Through assessments, activities, and observations, the case management team identifies potential matches for independent living in the community home, placement in a group home, or roommate matches for shared housing.

Our team understands the fragile, evolving nature of our resident's health care needs. Their health and well-being are one of our highest priorities. Beautiful Life does not provide direct medical or mental health care, but staff will assist all residents to connect with home health services, personal care assistance, and other services as needed.
